We operate two fully equipped spray booths at our Peterborough facility, supporting both domestic and commercial projects nationwide. One is a Haltec Airstream spray booth with an oven-bake facility to assist the curing process, while the second is a Masterflo Smart Re-flex retractable booth, with both systems featuring full fume and dust extraction.
By spraying items in a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment, we are able to achieve a consistently high-quality finish with outstanding durability. The items that require spraying can either be delivered and collected by the customer, or Haywood Coatings can provide the customer with a price for a local courier to collect and return the items. This is a minimum hassle option that is most cost-effective, time-efficient and also eradicates the need for creating any paint fumes in a customer's house or property, which will undoubtedly happen with on-site spraying.

Our spray paint operatives will carefully prepare the surfaces to be sprayed by cleaning off any dirt or previous coatings that are flaking. We can also fill or repair any damaged areas as required before the spraying stage commences.
Next, we mask up any areas of the items not to be spray-painted and abrade the surface accordingly, set to be primed and top-coated. The spray paint is applied by our team of highly experienced paint technicians using either the HVLP paint spray system or a Graco Airless Machine. These high-end HVLP or Airless systems both ensure that overspray is controlled and that a uniform coverage is applied to the highest standard. Not only is the paint process fast to apply, but it will deliver a wonderfully smooth finish to your items that will make them look new again.
